Our Spring Challenge targets three divisions of personal fitness gain:

REGULAR “PIT-STOPS”
  • Monitoring body-composition
  • Start of challenge weigh-in*
    (with the option to weigh-in every four weeks)
  • End of challenge weigh-in at 12 weeks for final results
*weigh-ins include bodyfat analysis, weight & measurements
