- Five performance tests in different areas of fitness will be conducted during the first week. These will be re-tested in the last week & results recorded
- An easy-to-follow nutrition plan will be provided to each participant, according to goals & body-type (may be adjusted during challenge, if needed)
-WE WILL NOT: starve our bodies!! ..all this does is create weaker, tired bodies, with a tendency to store more fat
-WE WILL: fuel our bodies with nutrient-rich 'real' food ..to build a fast metabolism which burns fat, increases energy & allows us to work-out with intensity

In return I expect your full commitment. NO SLACKERS!! Remember: if nothing changes, then nothing changes! ..if you are prepared to make a few adjustments & commit to the full six-weeks, awesome! ..expect results .. if not then please don't waste my time (& yours) ..there will be another challenge later in the year CONDITIONS Full membership must be maintained for the full six-week duration of challenge If you are not an existing member, but wish to take part in the challenge; a deposit will be required to enrole. The deposit amount will be refunded on completion of challenge, or credited towards ongoing membership. If you are unable to complete the challenge for any reason, this deposit will not be refunded.
