“BETTER HABITS” – layering

Week 1:
WEIGH-IN & BASE HABITS
– for physical and mental wellbeing
Weeks 2-4:
GETTING NUTRITION SORTED
– layering effective habits, for fat-loss and performance.
Weeks 5-7:
WEIGH IN & FINE TUNING
– additional tools to enhance fat-loss, increase muscle mass, and aid performance.
Weeks 8-12:
MAINTAINING MOTIVATION
– accountability, motivation, connection, and self-care. 
All 12 weeks:
​FITNESS ADVANCE
– progressively increasing workout frequency and intensity across the 12 weeks


INCLUSIONS:
  • 3 physique assessments
           (weigh, measure, body-fat %)
           - @ the start, middle, and end 
  • Personal nutrition template
  • Weekly accountability check-ins & guidance 
  • Weekly tips and suggestions – recipes, ideas and motivational tools
  • Weekly task spot prizes – rewarding performance and engagement. 
  • End of challenge celebration!​

Terms & Conditions:
Minimum attendance expectation to start: 3x weekly. 
One off challenge registration fee: $200
