Program Description

Our CrossFit Kids program at CrossFit Pukekohe is a fun, inclusive fitness class designed for kids to move, play, and build confidence. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm, with the option to attend once or twice weekly. This 45 minute session focuses on non-complex, functional movements that develop general fitness and coordination. As a trusted CrossFit gym in Pukekohe, we aim to create a positive relationship with exercise early on, proving that fitness can be fun! This program sets the foundation for lifelong health in a safe and supportive gym in Pukekohe.
