Program Description
Our CrossFit Teens program at CrossFit Pukekohe is designed for ages 12–17 and focuses on safe, effective strength and conditioning. These fun, functional workouts help teens build proper technique before progressing to higher intensity. Classes run every Monday to Thursday at 4.30pm, with the option to attend one to four times a week allowing your Teens CrossFit class to flex with other seasonal sports. As the leading CrossFit gym in Pukekohe, we prioritize youth development — improving strength, coordination, and flexibility while enhancing sports performance. It's more than just fitness — it’s a foundation for life.
