Program Description
Our CrossFit Teens program at CrossFit Pukekohe is designed for ages 12–17 and focuses on safe, effective strength and conditioning. These fun, functional workouts help teens build proper technique before progressing to higher intensity. Classes run every Monday and Wednesday at 4pm, with the option to attend once or twice weekly. As a leading CrossFit gym in Pukekohe, we prioritize youth development — improving strength, coordination, and flexibility while enhancing sports performance.
