Two 60-minute PT sessions
With one of our experienced, passionate coaches.
These sessions are designed to get you moving well in the foundational movements of CrossFit, and confident to join in with group classes.
Special introduction rate: $80 for both sessions.
Step 2: JOIN THE COMMUNITY
Your first week membership is free!
After completing your introduction to CrossFit, you will be given access to attend as many classes as you like for the following week. Join in, meet the team, and find out for yourself why we love CrossFit so much!
