21-15-9 Pull-ups Thruster -for time finisher: 20 x Ring dip->L-sit Great times all round with Dave coming in @ a tight 4.49! nice NEXT WEEK WE ARE START OUR SECOND 6-WEEK PHASE OF THE 'WO/MAN > MACHINE' CHALLENGE.
