100mtr Tyre-flip + jump thru
then: max HSPU (no stops-to failure)
Run 100mtr: 50mtr forwards/50mtr backwards
-repeat HSPU+ Run untill cut-off (35min)
......record scale on rope, + total reps on HSPU
