Strength: Front-Squat: 5-5-3-3-3-3-3
WOD: 5RFT (19min cut)
6 Squat-Cleans > 12 Front-rack Lunge steps > 70mtr BB Waiters Walk
Check out Jason ..lighter & stronger :) Saturday mrng: boys mucking around with a few deadlifts. Jason went for 190 but I screwd up his concentration yelling "Andrew get outta the photo!!" ..whoops, fun times tho :D

YES Jason is looking great. I don't think Andrew would have ruined the photo. I also think that green t shirt suits him.
