WOD: 'Karen': 150 Wall ball (14/20lb--9/10ft) for time (refer: 9.7.13)
...& then straight into Burpie Pull-ups: 150, or as many as possible in remaining time.
(25min time cut for total WOD: Karen + Burpie Pullups)
